RESIDENCE-RELATED COMMITMENTS
During the period of their collaboration, the residents and the IMEA undertake not to damage, directly or indirectly, the reputation and brand image of any other party, any more than to reveal to third parties no information relating to the financial, economic or social situation that their collaboration would have enabled them to know.
All work produced by residents during their residency with the IMEA remains the property of residents. However, in the event of production of said work in collaboration with other researchers from the UM5R, ownership of this work becomes shared between the two parties concerned.
Residents agree to mention the contribution made by the IMEA on all communication, conference and publication media related to the work accomplished during their residency. They also undertake to send a copy of said work to the Institute.
